Welcome to the Wildly Grounded Community

Experiences that Help Return You to Yourself

In a world that often pulls us away from ourselves, Wildly Grounded offers a space to slow down, reconnect, and remember what it feels like to be fully present.

Rooted in nervous system science and led by Linda Gould, LPC, an EMDR, EFT, and polyvagal trauma trained therapist, Wildly Grounded brings people together through mindful walks, outdoor adventures, seasonal gatherings, and shared experiences that foster connection, self-trust, and wellbeing.

Whether you're seeking community, restoration, growth, or simply a chance to breathe a little deeper, Wildly Grounded invites you to discover what becomes possible when nature, movement, and connection come together.

While membership offers the opportunity to engage more deeply with the Wildly Grounded community, it is not required. You're welcome to join us for individual events and experiences that interest you, with registration available for each separately priced offering.

Come as you are. Leave a little more connected.
