Training for Agencies, Individuals, and Couples
Training through Ironwood Therapy & Training is built for professionals working in high-demand environments—where time is limited, expectations are high, and what’s learned needs to actually translate into real situations.
These trainings are practical, direct, and grounded in clinical experience. The focus isn’t on theory for the sake of theory, but on providing tools and understanding that can be applied in the field, in the office, at home, and in the moments that matter most.
Topics may include trauma and stress response, cumulative exposure, sleep, balancing work and home, emotional regulation under pressure, effective communication, compassionate leadership, safeguarding peer support teams, building wellness programs, and recognizing when the weight of the work is starting to impact functioning—personally or professionally. Trainings are tailored to the needs of the group, with attention to the culture and realities of the roles in the room.
The goal is not just to deliver information, but to create space for learning that is relevant, usable, and respectful of the work being done every day.
