Healing begins with curiosity, not perfection.

You don’t have to have it all figured out before reaching out. Sometimes healing begins with a place where you can slow down, ask honest questions, and feel truly heard.

Grounded. Enduring. Built to hold.

Ironwood is known for its strength and durability—slow-growing, deeply rooted, and able to withstand pressure over time. It reflects the kind of work done here: steady, grounded, and built to hold what’s been carried, while supporting meaningful change.

If You’ve Been Carrying A Lot…

Maybe you’ve been functioning for a long time while feeling exhausted underneath it. Maybe your mind won’t slow down, your relationships feel strained, or you’ve gotten used to pushing through things you’ve never really had space to process.

You may be carrying grief, trauma, anxiety, burnout, or the cumulative weight of always being the one others rely on.

Sometimes people come here because something significant happened. Sometimes they come because nothing feels terribly wrong—but they know they aren’t fully okay either. Sometimes they come because they want to be as prepared as possible for the next thing.

This work offers space to slow down, make sense of what you’ve been carrying, and find a way forward that feels more steady, connected, and sustainable.

Helping you find a more steady way forward.

I’m Linda, and I work with people in roles where showing up isn’t optional.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia and a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in Utah, specializing in trauma, grief, and anxiety. I have 11 years of experience providing individual and couples counseling to people from all walks of life, with a focus on public safety professionals, military members, veterans, and their families.

My clinical work is informed by training in EMDR, EFIT, TF-CBT, and polyvagal-informed trauma therapy. I’m a GA POST–certified General Instructor and CIT–certified for both adults and youth.

Whether through training, consultation, or clinical work, my focus is simple: helping people make sense of what they’ve been carrying and move forward in a way that holds up in life.

My practice adheres to the highest ethical standards and leverages current research to deliver work grounded in cultural awareness and real-world experience. Care is delivered with a clear understanding of the expectations, pressures, and norms that come with high-demand roles—paired with a direct, compassionate approach that respects both the job and the person doing it.
